EVERYONE GRAP A KLEENEX. This was such an amazing ceremony. So intimate and planned for them, little details and then the not so planned details… JoeDan’s reaction to seeing Jessica… Again when Jessica’s daughter and son helped them poor their sand to symbolize them all becoming a family… during the family prayer lead by JoeDan’s mom… and when Jessica’s daughter looked up at her full of joy and said “Mom we are finally a family!!” so happy she couldn’t hold back her tears.  This is a blessed couple and family if I’ve ever seen one. They are so happy together and compliment each other. I love you all!! & I’m so so excited for you guys!

Yay Part Two of the Goolsby Wedding! This group was so much fun… & Erin in that dress… WOWZA! I love that dress! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it over and over… I am a sucker for lace wedding dresses. They make me so happy. Just one of my favorite things. Seriously though… the picture of Erin on the steps! MY FAVORITE PICTURE FROM THE ENTIRE DAY! I’m pretty sure of it.

This weekend I had hopefully my third to last bachelorette party… (I’m saying this because there is Lacey’s and then when my sister gets married… OMG I probably won’t be invited considering I’ll almost be fourty! hahaha) We had a BLAST! We time warped it to the 70′s!  I couldn’t stop dancing… The BEEGEE’S said it… So I did it! “YOU SHOULD BE DANCING….. YEAH!” Here we are as we made a quick change into our alter-ego’s… The Village People!

one more… the weather was not cooperative what so ever on our decision to lay out and gloat in the lake saturday…. so next best thing… Photo shop ourselves into the lake so years from now we remember having a blast in the lake

Now that this weekend is behind me… I have a wedding this weekend in Sugar Land and I’m pretty excited about it. I have lots and lots of photos to get to a few of you guys so hang in there… At this very moment I am trying to keep my eyes open and buckling down to get it all done by tomorrow!! yay for being busy but I would welcome a nap time right about now.

Ooooh & things that keep me going…. the excitement of blogging this wedding in the near future! I’m in love with this couple & their wedding photos… well I’m in love with them to & can’t wait!

This weekend I am going out of town to Lake LBJ  to celebrate with a weekend away with one of my bestest friends (&  all of her closest friends) before she gets hitched to Andy’s cousin! Yep we are going to take it a step further and just become FAMILY!! WHOOOP… (we are also fellow Aggies… I know I know… its all kinda perfect)

Love you Kennel! So excited and I can’t wait for the big day!!

Not to end on a sad note but I haven’t seen the hubby since Sunday! and as I’m leaving home he will be coming home… we are having bad timing this week. BUT!! I can’t wait to see you Sunday boo! I love you and I miss you so much. Brax & Koda miss you to, but luckily for them they don’t have to wait so long to see ya. XOXO and I love you more than Chicken Fried Steak!

P.S. The dishes are clean but I’m not going to have time to unload them… just sayin

Sooooo….. what else happened this weekend? I gotta new future sista in law! My brother proposed to the sweetest girl I’ve ever met! We all love her & are soooo excited! You guys are going to be so happy. You guys are two of our best friends & we love spending time with you guys. eeek!! I’m just so excited. I know everyone says this… but I really couldn’t have picked a better person for my brother. I love you so much Colton, and I am so incredibly happy for you… I broke down in tears on the way home from being so happy.

I have video from this day as well, but for now here are some pictures!

Colton proposed at The Capitol.  It was mine & Andy’s job to spot them & click some pictures. Colton saw us getting out of the car and quickly texted.. “don’t move… i can see you” So we froze. Andy FREAKING OUT! “What… he can see us.. how? This is not cool…. this is not cool…. should we abort?” A few minutes later Colton texted us and said it was safe to move… but to tread lightly. TREAD LIGHTLY?? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN… WHERE ARE YOU. I never saw him so at this point I’m freaking out… on top of that Andy is making my heart race ever five seconds… by a “huhhhh…. omg nevermind, that’s not them!”…. “oohhhhh okay no that’s not them”…… “ahhhh…. no that’s not them.” At one point he thought he saw Lacey wearing a head dress I swear… he thought EVERYONE was them.

“Andy you are going to have to stop this!”

So by this time my heart is racing… & I finally spot them… My brother is hugging Lacey and her back is turned to us… So two completely different reactions here by me and Andy…

Andy: “ahhh we are too late… he’s already done it! Let’s go!”

Mine: I start waving hysterically… if one can wave hysterically… that is exactly what I was doing.

Colton… waves with his hand for us to get behind a tree. Then he prepares for what Lacey has no idea is about to happen! I love it. I’m surprised the pictures aren’t blurry at this point because I’m already crying and shaking and laughing… and I can’t control myself.. MY LITTLE BROTHER IS PROPOSING!! OMG OMG OMG

He made her a book…. with pages from important dates and moments they have shared… their first date, their first kiss, first I love you, first movie…. and then the last page he had put in there said March 31, 2012… the day I proposed to you. When she gets to this page, he gets on one knee… Immediately her hands go to her face. Colton asks her to be his wife (OMG OMG OMG OMG) & Lacey….. well she just sits there…. for like a while! I lift my head from my camera, Andy oblivious and hoping he is getting footage (its so shakey… I can’t even show you, because I can’t even watch it without puking) & I can see the look on Colton’s face…. uhhhhh… soooooo… & I’m kind of a distance away… with the wind blowing their direction. So I put my ear towards them and I hear a GIGGLE… AND A YES! I know that giggle… its Lacey!! & she just said YES!!! AHHHHHHHHH SO I RUN CLOSER TO GET CLOSER PICS AND BOOM SHE SEES ME. My cover is blown… at this point my  husband decides this is a good time to yell “ABORT ABORT…. MISSION…. DENIED…. OVER!” (he is literally running away) Again opposite reactions…. I’M ALREADY RUNNING… towards her to hug my new sister in law!!! & I’m already calling her sister I’m so excited!(I have video evidence of my husband running and yelling these things.. just to let ya know)

I got a little from our entire weekend, but for now here is Friday! I  can’t stop watching it. We were all so excited and pumped for this day! It was one of the best days EVER!! Completed with Fitzwilly burgers!! mmmm.yum! I love Fitzwillys.
